The Mechanical Engg. department is fully euipped with the following laboratories :-

7. Sheet Metal Shop

9. Basic Electricity Shop

All the above Labs are having adequate facilities for undertaking different types of practicals as per syllabus. The students of Mechanical Engg. inthe 5th and 6th semester are required to go for minor projects where they are supposed to work involving different types of machinery operations and fabrication. Many projects like Screw Jack, Collapsible Jack , Man Power measuring machine, working model of electrical system of car , Quick chang drill chuk, Injection System of Diesel Engine , Solar Cooker , Charging Term , Wheel & Axle arrangement , Gear Box , Self Centring machinevice have been fabricated over the years by the final years students. With the aid of World Bank we have been able to provide for CNC lab with the latest state of the art machinery for production of complicated and precise jobs & this lab has got the following machinery for the above purpose :-
