Training and Placement Cell
Training and Placement Cell are the most important link between the
students and the industry. Its main goal is to get 100% Placement for
Diploma students (current & pass out).
- Objectives:
- To make students industry-ready
- To provide best placement opportunities
- To maintain strong relations with companies
- Main Functions:
A) Training Wing:
- Arranges Industrial Training / Internship for 2nd, 4th & 6th Semester
students
- Conducts Aptitude, Soft Skills, Resume Writing and Mock Interview
Sessions
- Organizes Expert Lectures and Industrial Visits.
B) Placement Wing:
- Invites Companies for Campus Placement Drives
- Maintains database of all students (Auto, Civil, Electrical, ECE,
Computer, Mechanical, OMCA & LIS)
- Handles the complete recruitment process - Written Test, GD,
Technical & HR Interview
- Maintains records of placed students and packages
C) Recruiters during last 5 years:
- Ultratech Cement, A.K. Automatics,
Ambuja Cement, VVDN, JBM Group, Brakes India, Mothersons,
Billionaire Homes, Aditya Birla Paints etc.
